[Gifted Product] Red bulls Winter Edition Fig Apple is really different -- in a good way. I checked with my favorite @Redbull fans and here are their thoughts. ⭐It's nice that the can was the same as the usual one. ⭐I love the smell of apples that it gave off when opened. ⭐Taste is similar to an apple fruit leather and nicely fizzy. ⭐⭐The only complaint is that it's closer to juice which made her want to drink it quicker than a normal red bull that has a niacin taste that slows you down. The Cider Makers Dinner this weekend was absolutely fabulous and gluten free in a way that tasted almost sinfully indulgent. The chaider braised pork belly added hints of black pepper and notes of an aromatic brine, the albacore paired with fresh veg was light and crisp with a little crunch followed by a chestnut crepe that I might eat forever. Each appetizer only teased at the appley pairings to come with savory fennel and sesame and a reminder that this wonderful fruit can be both sweet and savory. Round after round of cider tasted distinctively different highlighting the apple varietal as well as the process of fermentation to result in quite deceptively delicious drinks highlighted by the rare pommeau of the dessert course that you're unlikely to find outside of the makers tap house. High bubbles, low bubbles, sweet, tart, tangy and mild, the dinner concluded with the unexpectedly amazing brie ice cream with juiced caramel that needs to be packaged and put on my local menu yesterday. A truly delightful event with fine food and company too, and I may have even found bigfoot. Not too late to grab tickets to the Seattle event on Nov 9th on Eventbrite!
